Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
You may move your installation to another available window at no charge up to 7 days before your current window begins. After that, every pumpkin and accent in your design has already been allocated to your order, so changes are subject to remaining capacity.
24-Hour Cancellation Window
We plan our harvest and install schedule around your exact order. If your plans change, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. This covers the immediate work we do to reserve your pumpkins, secure your installation slot, and begin sourcing your design.
After 24 Hours
Because we reserve pumpkins and accents specifically for your home and cannot adjust our grower orders once they are placed, cancellations requested after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. Your design fee may, however, be transferred to another available installation window this season, pending capacity.
Missed Access
If our team cannot access your porch on installation day due to gates, pets, or locked entries, a re-trip fee may apply.
Sold-Out Windows
Windows sell out. If yours closes before you book, join the waitlist and we'll email you when capacity opens.
